Part One Cut an 18-inch square of outside fabric. Cut an 18 inch square of lining fabric With right sides together, sew all around leaving a 2-inch space close to one corner for turning. Trim Corners then turn and Press

Part Two In this step you need your six-inch square ruler or cardboard. With the corner with the opening closest to you, place the six-inch square in the left corner.
Fold the bottom up along the edge of the square, then the top down along the edge of the square. Sew the "V" seam and leave the pins in….

Part Three Time to measure…find the center, mark it and sew through all thickness'.s Fold in half and pin sides. Fold the flap down on both sides. Sew a row 1/2 inch from the top and 1/2 inch below the first seam to form casing for the drawstring, on both sides. Sew the side seam from the bottom to meet the side corner of the flap.

Part Four With a safety pin, thread one ribbon through the casing through both sides. Tie a knot about an inch from the end of the ribbon. Repeat with the other ribbon, but start from the opposite side.
